Mr Mustard apologises for the delay in bringing you this document but he was in Spain last week sorting out a property transaction. He almost never completes surveymonkey forms online as he doesn't like giving his data to them (who knows what they will do with except try and profit from his data) and thus, if he is interested in a particular consultation, he asks for a paper copy and is always given one.
You can now see all of the questions before you answer the first one and you can print the form out (feel free to distribute copies) and post it in to the council by 13 March (Mr Mustard feels sure that a few days late won't matter).
