Corporate performance is represented by charts of pretty colours known as the traffic light methodology. The colours are used although I don't recommend being a passenger with any Barnet executives as they use Red ( a lot ) Green amber, amber & green which is not a true representation but you get the idea; there are 4 levels of performance, or more likely, lack of performance which are represented by pretty coloured charts.
