Q. What sort of chumps don't even consider all the options for the future when looking at the best way of delivering a service?
A. Barnet Council, the 95 senior officers, the Cabinet and the supposed expert One Barnet consultants Agilisys/iMpower.
It must have been christened One Barnet because there was only ever going to be one way of doing things.
